  1. Hello! I am planning a trip to Haiti in September/2012. I really like your ideas from your blog. You are doing a wonderful job. I plan on bringing seeds with me from the US. Any suggestions? We have just started an organization to help with education, gardening, and so on in Haiti. I have just returned from a one year mission to Honduras, which I am currently writing a book about. I hope to hear from you soon

    • Meghann,
I have much to say regarding gardening and seeds in Haiti. In fact you can go to my other blog http://www.embracetheroots.wordpress.com and read about what I am doing now. I am in Haiti under contract with an organization were I am the project coordinator for gardens, poultry farms etc.
I am available to other organizations for questions etc. regarding gardening… for a small fee.

One of the things I have trained many people on is how to work in Haiti in a respectful way, honoring the past and present while working in partnership for an improved future.

Please let me know how you would like to proceed.

      Rebecca
